Welcome in Casa Setaro
Casa Setaro is a situated firm to the slopes of the Vesuvio, that
devotes its work to make wine from its own grapes, from autochtonous vines of the
Vesuvio zone. The family Setaro has always been hocked in the production of the
wines DOC of Vesuvio, the Lacryma Christi of the Vesuvius. The small ownership,
speaks of three hectares, was purchased by his grandfather, merchant of fruit, grape
and carboys of loose. Now, the new generations it is decided to give great visibility
to his own products to international level. The wines of Casa Setaro are born from
the awareness that is a reciprocal relationship between nature and people of to
give and to have: the earth imposes discipline and hard work, but it returns, in
change, a vary tast and class to the wine produced with its grapes.

I have heard repeat many times these words
from Don Vincenzo, my father.
I have seen work him every day in the vineyard.
His constant cares and his studies have given vigour and value to every vine, lovely
caressed by his hands.
His constant and aware cares produce, every year, precious bunches.
This is the reason because our most pregious
wine take his name.
